Who is responsible
This website is operated by One PRO Page, CNPJ (Brazilian Tax ID) 67.895.662/0001-48, which is responsible for the personal data described in this policy, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and other applicable data protection laws.
This policy applies to www.onepropage.com and to the conversations started from it. The websites we build for our clients have their own privacy policies, under each client's responsibility.
What data we process
We only collect the information you choose to give us through the channels below, plus browsing data.
Contact form
When you submit the form, you provide your name, email, phone number (optional) and your message. This data is forwarded to our team by email through an email delivery service and is not stored in a database on the website.
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your profile name, your phone number and the messages you send. The first message includes a short code (for example, G13) that shows how you found the website. We log the conversation in our internal customer service system so we can follow up.
Browsing the website
We collect browsing data through Google Analytics and Google Ads, such as pages visited, session duration, traffic source and ad interactions. We also record, without any data that identifies you, where visits from campaigns come from and clicks on the WhatsApp buttons.
How we use the information
The information collected is used exclusively to:
- Reply to requests sent through the contact form or WhatsApp and prepare quotes, at your request
- Understand how the website is used, measure campaign results and find improvements, based on our legitimate interest
- Maintain the quality of the service provided
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics cookies for traffic analysis and Google Ads cookies to measure ad performance. The information generated by these cookies is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
The website also stores a short code in your browser with the source of your visit (for example, a Google search or a campaign), used to identify the channel in WhatsApp and contact form conversations.
You can block or delete cookies and website data at any time in your browser settings. Doing so may affect some website features.
Data sharing
Personal data collected is not sold or passed on to third parties. We may use essential service providers, such as website hosting and email delivery platforms, which only access the information they need to provide their service.

- Contact form and WhatsApp conversations: for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of the contract and the periods required by law
- Browsing data: for the period set in the retention settings of Google's tools

Third-party links and platforms
The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their practices.
